How do I return an item? DMS Paintball Return Policy: There are absolutley no returns on special order items, Night Vision, Thermal Imaging Products, and Paintballs. By purchasing these products you agree to these terms. For a full list of special order items please contact the sales department. ALL RETURNS SUBJECT TO A 25% RESTOCKING FEE. There is a 14 day return policy on all stock items, except Night Vision. The 14 days starts from the date of receipt. If you are having warranty issues with the product please contact the manufacturer. We do not accept returns on Miltec Items. All items come with a full manufacturers warranty. Only new items in original packaging are acceptable for returns. Any attempt to install a part, fire, dry fire, or air up constitutes use. Any new item can be returned for a full refund or store credit only if an RMA is requested. Once an RMA is requested, DMS Paintball will issue an RMA number. This number must be written clearly on the box or the item will be refused. We will only accept returns from UPS or FED Ex.
