The Type-68 paintball marker was designed as a training tool for an elite military
force in China. It was also manufactured at a registered weapons factory in
the People's Republic of China using actual production parts where possible.
It is the same weight of the current issue Type-56 assualt rifle used by militaries
throughout the world.
